The Dixons have been instructed to send any freedom of cheese suggestions to the proper authorities…obstruction of justice charges will likely result. That means someone would likely go to jail. Doreen, for a time, the Dixon’s for longer. Obstruction of justice is a felony…know what I mean?
If you want to help, really help, show up on D-Day (currently scheduled for the 9th) with your video cameras, your recorders, signs. Doreen put it best: “Personally, I think that a few hundred people there with signs megaphones, cameras and notice to tv stations would be good. Here we are in a world where there are food riots and tons of reports about food shortages coming soon, and they are going to throw away an awful lot of food.”

This is EXACTLY why our wise forefathers guaranteed the freedom of the press. You who are close, play it up to the MAX. I know in Atlanta with the big raw milk dump earlier in 2010 resulted in a better attitude toward raw milk because of the press coverage.
Actually what may make it even more news worthy is if you can arrange for some homeless service providers to rescue the cheese for their poor from the landfill after it’s been deposited. That is if it’s still in it’s wrappers.

Tomorrow there is a teleconference to rule on the stay, so depending on how that goes, it may or may not change. The best thing to do is to check back here on Tuesday for an update. In the meantime, gather your people, get out your cameras, notify the press, make your signs.
I live in AZ or I would be there… My thoughts and prayers will be with the Morningland crew and family. And I want to voice my outrage at the injustice that has taken place with this case. Unbelievable that this can happen in our Country….

Morningland Dairy is undergoing a violent act of tyranny. They are being made to dispose of a quarter of a million dollar of artisan cheese despite never having made ANYONE sick in over 30 years of business. Isaiah 7:15 says that “Butter and curds & wild honey shall He eat (Jesus) when he knows enough to refuse the evil and choose the good.
And remember too that Israel God’s chosen people were given a land FLOWING with milk and honey.
The above underscores that raw milk in our Creator’s eyes is the most wholesome food on the planet.
To accept pseudo-science arguments which state that raw milk is somehow deleterious to our health is next to blasphemy for Christians. Scientists boldly, no arrogantly make claims that they do not even believe in God. How then can we trust anything they say? Much less when it collides full-steam with the account in the Bible? The big industrial milk processors are covetous of all income from milk production and for this reason drive small family farms like Morningland out of business despite the fact that they have 12 children and have been in business without even one complaint for 30 years.
Our forefathers gave us the “Freedom of the Press” to combat tyranny. Hopefully you will do your duty to America and report on this travesty of justice.

Accordingly, this letter serves to provide your client with seven days notice that the Missouri State Milk Board will assist your client in the destruction of ‘all of its cheese products condemned by the Missouri State Milk Board on August 26, 2010′…Pursuant to the court’s Final Order, three inspectors from the State Milk Board will arrive at Morningland Dairy of the Ozarks in Mountain Grove, Missouri, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2011, continuing to Thursday, March 10, 2011, to supervise your client in the destruction of the condemned cheese. The State Milk Board has made arrangements with a local, sanitary landfill for the disposal of the cheese.”

The request for a stay is being heard at 1pm Central….In just a few minutes. I will let everyone know what happens in that right away. We must suit up and show up if the judge denies the stay on destruction of the cheese.
